Exotic designs and manufactures wing and engine anti-icing systems for multiple commercial and regional aircraft. Highly repeatable formed details are fabricated into finished parts which can be coated with Teflon or composite structure depending on the application. While some of these parts are static in service, others are designed to move and articulate as the wing leading edge is extended/retracted. Titanium and nickel alloys are used in the manufacture of these types of parts.
