Exotic has years of experience designing and building highly complex engine components.  Using nickel alloys 625 and 718 due to the high operating temperatures required, we form details to exacting tolerances, and then weld and assemble the components into the final assembly.  We use a combination of advanced welding techniques, laser operations, machining operations, and other complex assembly processes to complete the fabrication of these parts.  We also partner with a number of sub-tiers who perform highly specialized processing for us, such as adding temperature and wear resistant coatings to parts.
