- Exotic has the capability to design and manufacture bellows details and assemblies from nickel, titanium, and stainless material with thicknesses ranging from .0025 inches to .025 inches. Diameters of existing production parts range from 1 inch to over 30 inches. Exotic bellows are used on engine and APU exhaust systems, bleed air duct systems on commercial and military engines, and wind tunnel facility applications throughout the aerospace industry.
