a day in the life
“There is always something new going on. I still learn something new every day. Every employee, from the shop floor to upper management is approachable and willing to help you when you need it. I was told during my interview that my career here is whatever I decide to make it and I have seen that for myself and my co-workers.”
My current role is a Machine Operator. Previously I spend a few years as a Laser Operator. What I like about my current role is the ability to be “hands on” every day with a wide variety of machines. I really like learning about how my machines work and what their capabilities and limitations are. We also do a lot of process development, so I often get to push these machines to their limits and figure out methods and techniques for production that are completely new to this company.
