Exotic has extensive experience building primary exhaust components for both commercial and military aircraft.  From materials ranging from nickel alloys to titanium, we use bulge forming and super plastic forming processes to produce large parts with minimal welds.  Exotic also has developed industry leading braze capabilities for primary exhaust assemblies requiring acoustic treatment.
